WHERE IT ALL STARTED
SkyLake Properties traces its roots to a single property in 2012, and has since grown significantly on a sustainable basis over the past decade. As we continue to grow, we are building a small business consulting service in conjunction with people from state and local universities.

As SkyLake Properties launches on its first year in the real estate sector, Leo Cao - the Founder of the business, dedicated his time to do extensive researching and planning for an applicable business model. The company started its first purchased unit in New York City. Eventually, more units were added to the company portfolio and began making revenue for property leasing.

Professional Grade Real Estate Investor
In the year 2017. the business began with its new set of plans and targets. And with its relaunching, SkyLake Properties had opened up a property management service to real estate business companies in DMV.

As the business grows every year, Leo Cao - a skilled Real Estate Broker with excellent entrepreneurship and business development planning, aims to provide exceptional project plans that can benefit the company and younger age. SkyLake aspires to create an academy and scholarship program
