The Philanthropy Program aim to serve as an instrument for advancing high-potential students by providing financial support in their academic endeavors and future careers.
Purpose
- Provides opportunities for education, growth, and success that may not have been available to potential beneficiaries.
Objectives
- To serve as an instrument for advancing high-potential students by providing financial support in their academic endeavors and future careers.
- To create a talent pipeline that may be a source for future Skylake team members.
- To help aspiring entrepreneurs to establish their own business.
Scope
- Skylake Employees: All Level 1 and full-time employees with one-year tenure.
- High potential college graduates endorsed by Colleagues or Universities
- High potential entrepreneur/businessman
Parts of the Program
General Course Program
Designed to support relatives of Skylake Level one (1) and one-year tenured full-time employees. This will be a pipeline channel for future team members.
Staff–related program
Designed to support the CEO’s family in Zambales.
Medical Courses Program
Designed to support medical allied practitioners, especially nursing students. A potential to sponsor US career opportunities.
Entrepreneurs or/and Artist Program
Designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs and artists in establishing a stable business or a recognized name in the industry.
Beneficiary Qualifying Description
General Course Program
- High potential Senior High School (K12 Curriculum) or college students or in graduate schools
- Validated passing grade of 75%.
Staff-Related Program
- High potential Senior High School (K12 Curriculum) or college students or in graduate schools
- Validated passing grade of 75%.
Medical Courses Program
- High-potential college students
- Endorsed by their university or college
- With plans to migrate to the United States to expand their career opportunities
Entrepreneurs or/and Artist Program
- A proven aspiring artist with extensive experience in talent search auditions
- Capable of presenting a comprehensive business plan and demonstrating a strong interest in establishing their own business

Procedure
1. Nomination
General Course Program/Staff-Related Program/ Entrepreneurs
Skylake Properties employees are encouraged to nominate a family member as a beneficiary, provided the nominee meets the stipulated eligibility criteria.
Medical Courses Program / Artist
The partner University or college will endorse high-potential students.
2. The Administration Team will assess candidates.

3. At present, our Administration team can support the following beneficiaries.

- Three (3) successful students
Medical Courses Program
- Two (2) successful students
Artist
- One (1) successful student
Entrepreneurs
- One (1) successful businessperson
As we secure additional funding in the future, we will have the opportunity to expand our support to a larger number of beneficiaries.
4. The Total initial program funds is below for all parts of the program:
- $3400 will be divided among all successful applicants
5. The application submission period concludes at the end of June per year for all academic settings and open for Entrepreneurs
6. Financial assistance is good for a year and might be extended depending on beneficiary performance.
7. To continuously receive assistance, successful beneficiaries should send report card copies every semester from all academic settings and progress reports to entrepreneurs.
8. Submit the original receipts for the expenditures related to the usage of funds.
Implementation
All beneficiaries will receive the assistance at the start of every school year.
Effectivity and Validity
This guideline is effective immediately upon cascade and all provisions are subject to evaluation for any modification.
