Current job is on a house with insufficient or not sized properly ductwork that needs modification/run new ducts. Furnace system changed to heat pumps, ductwork wasn't properly modified to match. Around 2000 sq/ft total, 3 goodman heat pumps, open bsmt for running floor vents, another one run via sidewall to 2fl.

Pay grade is between $35 to $50/hr, pay grade is based on experience, licensing level, loadout, and efficiency expectations. Flex schedule, you can generally choose the hours to work. We have other jobs after this one.

Generally speaking the role is best for techs with spare time in their schedules, semi retired techs, or otherwise self employed.
