SkyLake Properties traces its roots to a single property in 2012, and has since grown significantly on a sustainable basis over the past decade. As we continue to grow, we are building a small business consulting service in conjunction with people from state and local universities.

2012 – 2016
Small Scale Real Estate Investor
In its first year, Leo Cao dedicated his time to extensive research and planning to develop a practical business model. The company started its first purchased unit in New York City. Eventually, more units were added to the company portfolio and began making revenue for property leasing.
2017 – 2021
Professional Grade Real Estate Investor
In 2017, the business entered a new phase and expanded into property management for real estate companies in the DMV.
