Skylake Properties is looking for a Maintenance Tech to handle a portfolio of 150+ residential units under management in Baltimore County and Harford County.

There's an unique opportunity to build project management skills in leading renovations and company projects. Ideal scenario is the candidate runs maintenance and renovation projects with our network of sub-contractors.

Collaborate with other team members (mostly remote) to complete projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Capable in Common Residential tasks such as Paint, Drywall, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC issues resolution; know when it's to send to a specialist.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we use the application: Slack to communicate with our remote Property Management team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workload and scheduling requirements.
• Must have own vehicle, and equipment to perform the service/repairs. Certifications a plus.
