As an Investment Associate at SkyLake Properties, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of both new and existing business. We're seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on turning ideas into actionable plans, setting and surpassing milestones, and engaging with clients to build lasting relationships.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications:

• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate investment portfolios to ensure alignment with clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement investment strategies tailored to client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work with our vendors and contractors, periodic site visits and basic generalist property tasks are expected.

Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the investment landscape.
Assist in administrative tasks and other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Directly assist in day-to-day operations in brokerage and real estate investment business.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant software.
• Prior experience or interest in real estate industry preferred.
