US-based Real Estate Investment Firm in Rentals Management is seeking an experienced web developer to work with the Real Estate Business. We have US and PH team members collaborating daily on operating the Real Estate business and solving problems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for processing, monitoring, and updating all company financial reports. the leasing and renewals of the tenants. Ensure that all applications are reviewed and all contracts are updated. A Financial Officer is also responsible for the financial health of our company by managing our financial procedures which includes planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and preparing invoices.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Graduate with bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other related course
• Certified Public Accountant is a plus
• Atleast 2 years experience in bookkeeping/accounting
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably with experience in the BPO industry
